Revolut statement PDF → Excel or CSV

Revolut can export statements as PDF or as a spreadsheet from the app. If you have the spreadsheet option, use it. CleanStatement is for when you only have the PDF: one sent to you by a tenant, client or family member, or one you saved earlier and need in Excel now.

  • Runs in your browser: the statement is never uploaded
  • Running-balance check flags any row that doesn't add up
  • Free for 3 statements a day, no sign-up

What a Revolut statement looks like

Revolut statements usually have these columns. The converter maps them to Date, Description, Money out, Money in, Amount and Balance.

What CleanStatement handles for you

Every release is tested against a synthetic Revolut-style statement that copies this layout with made-up data. Real statements vary by account type and year. If yours doesn't convert cleanly, Pro users get priority fixes for their layout.

How to download your Revolut statement as a PDF

  1. In the Revolut app, open the account (currency) you need.
  2. Tap the … menu and choose Statement.
  3. Pick the period and PDF, then share or save the file.
  4. Drop it into the converter above. (If you control the account, the app's Excel option is the quickest route.)

Menu names change from time to time. If you can't find the option, search for "statements" in your bank's app or website.

Revolut statement conversion FAQ

Each currency is a separate statement. Can I combine them?

With Pro you can drop several statements at once and get one merged sheet with the source file on each row. Amounts stay in their own currency.

Is it safe to use with a client's statement?

The file is processed inside your browser and never uploaded, which is one reason accountants and landlords use it for documents they receive.

Is my statement uploaded anywhere?

No. The PDF is opened and converted inside your browser. Only the converter code (and, for scanned pages, the OCR engine) is downloaded to your device. Your document is never sent to us.

What does the free plan include?

3 statements per day, up to 5 pages each, with Excel and CSV export and the balance check. Pro ($9/month or $59/year) removes the limits, adds batch conversion into one merged sheet and Chinese OCR.

Converting statements every month?

Pro is $9/month or $59/year: unlimited statements and pages, batch conversion into one merged sheet, and Chinese OCR for scanned statements.

Other supported statement formats

The converter reads the table layout rather than a fixed list of banks, so many other banks work too. Try any statement on the home page.
